Each individual is permitted only one account on BetVista. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any related bonuses will be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or incorrect details gives BetVista the right to close your account at any time. If you need to update any information, please contact our support team.
Please note: Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents: National ID or passport, and proof of payment method.
The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal varies by membership tier — ৳30,000 for Bronze members, ৳1,00,000 for Gold members, and unlimited for Diamond members.
About Bonus Funds: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real money balances can be withdrawn at any time.
BetVista regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions — read them carefully before signing up.
New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and wagering requirements will be listed on the promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless BetVista is offering a Cash Out option and the event has not yet started. All bets are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded and odds are settled at 1.0. If the event resumes within 12 hours of the original scheduled time, the original bet will stand.
Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent odds changes do not apply — your bet remains locked at the original odds. However, if the odds change before confirmation, the updated odds will apply.
A maximum payout limit applies per bet. This limit may vary depending on the market and event type. Full details are available on the betting page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetVista. Violation of any of these may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
Warning: BetVista uses an advanced fraud detection system. If any suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.
In cases of Terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity, BetVista reserves the right to suspend an account without notice. Any real money balance (where applicable and legitimate) will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.
You can close your account at any time — email support@betvista.ws or reach out via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.
An account will be marked inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be applied each month to inactive accounts.
BetVista believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all members to game responsibly.

Decisions made by BetVista's customer service team are considered final — however, if you believe a decision is unfair, you have the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
BetVista reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
BetVista's rights and obligations may be transferred to a third party — however, this will not affect members' rights in any way.
